Alma College Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route. Checkout at the end of your shopping experience and choose your shipping method or pickup at the store. Orders are not filled on weekends or holidays but will be processed on Monday or the following day with the exception of Alma College closed during Christmas break.
On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August/September or December/January, delivery time may take longer. August, September, December and January are the busiest times in the bookstore. We cannot guarantee the date you will receive your item(s).

General Merchandise Return Policy
Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. Please check packing list for return address information. If an error is made by Alma College Bookstore, we will be happy to pay shipping costs in order to make our error right. All other returns or exchanges must be paid for by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt...NO EXCEPTIONS!! All clearance items are final sales.
